   no you cant unless its in a private profile and a private album

   You can but if someone reports it to facebook you will get in trouble(they might suspend your account for awhile).So if you think your friends won’t find it offensive and report it then you’re ok.

   no you can not EVEN if its a private profile and/or album

   you can add a link on your profile that will take you to the dirty pic
