The facebook company has the right to use the photos you've posted, including allowing advertisers to use your photos in ads displayed to your friends. They have decided to make everyone's default settings to opt IN to this periossion. If you don't want your photos to be used in ads, here is how to update that setting. Log in to facebook Up in the upper right corner, near the Logout button, hover your mouse over Settings, and choose Privacy Settings. Click News Feed and Wall Click the Facebook Ads tab Change "Appearance in Facebook Ads" to "No One" Click Save Changes You're done.
