How do you post a note on the new facebook layout?

When I click on notes, I can see OTHER people's notes, but the button that used to say "Create a new note" isn't there anymore :| It was only there on the old facebook layout. WHERE IS IT ON THE NEW ONE? That didn't work.

Type in notes in the search bar and write a new note is in the top right corner.
