Setting up an ad account and advertising on Facebook is easy. You can do a CPC or CPM campaign and the minimum for both is $5. Like Google Adwords, you set your own budget.
You can also set who your target is with Facebook whether you want those who are college grads, which you can further target by major or by colleges attended; or college students or high school
